Meet our student spotlight this week! ✨ Hunter is a senior Integrated Media major from Woodstock, Connecticut. He was the Director of the short Far Too Young for the OHIO-in-LA program in the fall 2020. During the program, he was a production and editing intern for Big Reel Media in Cumberland, RI. He also had the opportunity to work on a Hallmark film One Royal Holiday as a Production Assistant and Black Entertainment Network’s (BET) film Soul Santa as an Art Department Production Assistant. Hunter is currently working on writing a feature length screenplay adaptation of a book that he had presented as his final pitch project at the end of the OHIO-in-LA program. 

“The MDIA school helped me get to where I am. They provided me with equipment and resources I needed to advance my filmmaking skills. In addition, Roger Cooper’s rogercooper2020 Business of Media course was also important as it allowed me to craft a proper media resume and cover letter which were instrumental in me being accepted to many of the opportunities that came my way.” #mdiastudents
