Pregnancy after loss can feel like walking through a tangled, dark forest. Fear, anxiety, and the unknown creep up as you try to make your way through. 

My pregnancy with Theodore was filled with so many of these moments. 
 
But I was thankful to have connected with a community that shared encouraging words, along with tips on how to endure the journey. 

I sat down with stillapartofus to talk specifically about pregnancy after loss — what I learned from others who have gone before me and what I would do differently if I could.
