It was an all-USISL Final in #ElPaso, Texas as the RichmondKickers (USISL Premier League, now USLLeagueTwo) edged the El Paso Patriots (USISL Pro, Div. 3) in 4-2 in PKs (after a 1-1 draw). With the win, the Kickers upset their THIRD pro team to become the 1st #Virginia team in history to lift the trophy. ⁠
