We're proud to celebrate Women's History Month by recognizing the women of everbridge and those who inspire them. Meet Kate Dean, Technical Account Manager. "When I started at Everbridge, I was the only female and youngest member of my team with the largest account and I never once thought that I couldn't do it. That level of confidence and empowerment comes from having a woman like my mom as role model.

The most empowering part of working at Everbridge is the intrinsic team mentality that I experience every day. Even though I'm a remote employee, I've never hesitated to reach out to members of our company with issues or questions and have always been met with consideration and accessibility. We have a mindset here that promotes teamwork and collaboration, which encourages me to tackle my own account knowing that I have entire company as a team to back me up."
