Our Team- Part 3! Today we're introducing our Superintendent: Brian. A few words from him:

"I have over 26 years of industry experience, which includes framing, finish carpentry, residential/commercial planning, and various positions in the commercial construction industry. I love working at Ratia Construction because of our amazing, reliable team. I also value being able to leave homes better than when we started working on them, and being able to indulge my desire for high quality work."

Brian's Favorite Project:
Oversized Winnetka House: We gutted a 3-story house with a basement. One of the solutions we implemented for a structural problem was to install a custom metal beam with hidden supports that hang from the joists to retain an open floor plan while properly supporting an existing stairwell.

What the Team says about him:
"Brian is very knowledgeable in construction and is our guy to walk subcontractors, structural engineers, and architects through plans, on-site issues, and anything else that rises. He's basically our on-site problem solver and we love him for that!"
