We thought it was time to introduce our team! Ratia Construction is not just 1 person, and we can't wait for you to meet everyone who makes our Company a success. 

Today we're introducing our Owner and Manager: Kiril Ratia. A few words from him:

"I’ve been in the industry for about 13 years— focused on flipping houses and managing assets and renovations for clients at Platinum Concierge. I opened Ratia Construction in 2016. My biggest drive in this business is the opportunity to collaborate with a variety of clients, designers, and architects to build custom spaces for different types of people."

Kiril's Favorite Project:
A full gut renovation and addition of my 1890s single-family home. We were able to preserve and restore the façade and outer shell of the building while fully updating systems inside the home. I love working with old homes and respectfully mixing in some modern finishes.

What the Team says about him: 
Whenever he gets to be on-site with our team or subcontractors, you'll almost 100% of the time see him running in and out of the house moving material and grabbing debris to help everyone out.  He'll step in for any one if it's needed from our general on-site workers to one of us in the office.
