June 19th has been globally sanctioned as  World Sickle Cell Awareness Day. We here at Project Life take great pride in our mission to help and save the lives of people who suffer from Sickle Cell Disease as well as numerous other blood cancers and diseases. Did you know that a bone marrow transplant is currently the only known cure for people who suffer from SCD? To the individuals who suffer from this disease as well as the families that love and care for them, we say FIGHT ON!!!!! #SWABSQUAD
