Jordyn and Mady are nursing students. Mady says, “I wanted to go to nursing school because my ultimate goal in life was to give back to the ones who need it the most. I believe that nursing is the one profession that will allow me to pursue that goal. Some of my family members are nurses and have told me that becoming a nurse has changed their lives for the better. As of right now, I am not sure what type of nurse I want to become, but I hope to one day become a nurse who can impact the lives of others and make sure that the patients feel that they are in good hands.” Jordyn says, “I want to become a nurse because it’s important to me to understand how to take care of yourself and others and I hope to make a positive impact on the quality of patient care.” #ncaainclusion #thisiswhoweare
