I come from a country, Spain, that is so rich in its cultures and traditions, and I feel very proud and think it’s important to celebrate it. “Growing up with a father from Greece and a mother from Sweden complicated my cultural identity. It was tough for me as a kid, not knowing which side to choose. As I grew older and moved back and forth between the two countries, I realized that I had the best of two worlds. The cultural combination and experience I got from living in both countries made me a better person.
