Our member spotlight this month is Hayle Krigel - she is the Director of Customer Experience at Allegiant Stadium and a proud WISE Las Vegas Member. 

She is a HUGE supporter of WISE Las Vegas and our mission to to empower women in the business of sports with the tools to reach their career goals. Through peer support, mentoring programs and professional development and training, we strive to help members maximize their potential, sharpen their skills and advance their careers at every stage of their professional journeys.

Hayle has expressed that:
"Our careers in sports and events are very unique compared to any other job. This group of powerful women involved with WISE Las Vegas have such similar interests and challenges that we have faced in this industry. It's an honor to support WISE, my fellow women in sports, and amplify how important this group of women is and what our future holds. This is just the beginning." 

She grew up at West Point, an Army Military Academy, which influenced her favorite quote.

"Lead me, follow me, or get out of my way"

- General Patton 
Commander of the 7th United States Army during World War II

This quote summed up his style as a leader, and is a mantra Hayle looks towards in her career and in life.
