✨Yes, Serendipity is different than other stationery studios! How, do you ask? Well, we create everything custom for YOU, so there is not a set “template” on our website where you plug in the info and download. We work directly with you to create your DREAM stationery, which means we are hands on through every step of the process (design, printing, assembly & shipping). 💻💌 📦 
 
Our website is really an online gallery of all the wonderful things we can CREATE - and personalize for you! We consider each design as "jumping off point" for another great invite or save the date! And YES, everything can be customized for you and your event - so here is a quick rundown of our process! (I actually have a really cool video that tylercrancer made for me that I will post here on Insta tomorrow - you may have already seen it on Facebook and my Etsy store). 🤩

 ♥ HOW IT WORKS

1. Purchase a “design fee" option for the style you like best! ❤️

2. After purchase, we will email you the next steps { which includes a design form to provide wording and details for personalizing } ⬇️

3. Submit your information online { the design & proofing process begins } 💻

4. Once approved via email, a printed proof can be mailed { if your timing allows, 1 sample is included in the design fee } 📬

5. When your order is approved to print, we will email an invoice for the quantity of stationery needed { this allows time for you to figure out the guest list and confirm quantities } ☑️

6. Once the invoice is paid, production begins, woohoo! 🥳

7. We will ship your order and provide a tracking number📦

8. Mail your custom stationery - trust us, your guests will be RAVING 💌🤗❤️
