What an absolutely incredible day!🥇💙
Today we worked together to surprise 4 local teachers by announcing our 2022 Gladys Prior Awards for Career Teaching Excellence winners with a surprise school visit, flowers and of course, a giant check! 
Infront of their peers or by interrupting their classes, Dean Yendol-Hoppey, made the special announcement and each teacher was awarded $15,000 for their commitment to education. Thank you to our friend, Mr. Gilchrist Berg, who founded and sponsors this award, year after year. 
Our 2022 winners are:
Meshellia Hughes, Andrew Robinson Elementary School
May Hotard, Bishop Kenny High School
Crystal Parker, Edward H. White High School 
Sara Henry, Ruth N. Upson Elementary School 
A special thanks to the principals of each of the schools for helping us execute such an incredible surprise.
