WOW! To say that the first season of our Calaveritas Workshops at dinkcstudios was amazing, is an understatement!

 1 whole month, 10 workshops, over 100 participants, and countless ways of remembering those who have passed. 

It has always been a goal of mine to share who I am, the story of my name, where I come from, what my culture means, my traditions, and life motto through my art. You see, DIA De Los Muertos isn’t just another holiday, and it is definitely not another Halloween. It’s a beautiful way of honoring our ancestors, family, friends, and loved ones through tradition. I genuinely hope that everyone who participated, left with a little bit of  understanding and a new way of looking at death, through life. 

Thank you to everyone for your continued love and support, stay tuned for some new workshops in the future!
