There’s really no better meal of the day than brunch. It’s that perfect meal that allows you to combine all your breakfast and lunch favorites and throw in a ton of guilt-free sweets as well.

Since Easter is one of my favorite holidays, and brunch is one of my favorite meals, I thought today would be the perfect day to share my citrus-y, soft & fluffy orange rolls!

While I understand that working with yeast can sometimes feel intimidating, especially to the beginner baker (been there myself), I just want to reassure you that you can do this. I’ll be walking you through all the steps!
