The Volunteer Shield is a trophy given to the NPSL side in Tennessee with the best in-state record. With the newly-added Memphis City FC side in the mix, there are now 4 TN teams battling for the tulip poplar-hewn shield, setting the stage for an intriguing 2016 Volunteer Derby. And did we mention the Volunteer Shield was created by our very own El Conductor?
