Construction is underway at sundialstpete and their new tenant is preparing for a Summer opening

serotonincenters, a wellness and anti-aging clinic is set to open their first of three Tampa Bay locations in Sundial. They’ll occupy the space formerly held by Marilyn Monroe Spa.

Construction has also begun the process of transforming the previously sparse open-air space into an outdoor bar, “cafe-style” seating areas, umbrellas, and green spaces.
