Goat cheese, walnuts, truffles, and Acacia Honey
Unpollinated zucchini flowers are traditional Spanish delicacies, with family recipes passed down for generations.
 
Chef Bernabeu is no exception. His childhood spent on the farm allowed him to add a personal touch to the dish. Taking inspiration from his abuela’s recipe, he made it his own by adding a truffle filling and an Acacia honey glaze.
Words alone cannot do justice to Basin’s truffle zucchini flowers. Only action speaks louder than words.
