“So many responsibilities, so much weight to bear! Holding passenger contact details and the luggage together, pronouncing ourselves at the baggage claim… Since the 90s, we’ve been overloaded with the most essential tasks trip in, trip out.”

“For sure. Look at you, all the ups and downs of your eventful journeys edged on the classic Cathay green leather. I only joined in 2019 to help out at the baggage drop, alongside my petite friend who works exclusively with carry-ons.”
