Featuring a leopard print dial with symmetrical spots on a leather strap, this special edition rolex Saco Daytona in 18kt yellow gold – released in 2004 – includes 36 baguette-cut sapphires in a cognac color and 24 diamonds between the lugs on both sides. Reference 116598.
