This PatekPhilippe reference 5951 was introduced to the market at Baselworld in 2010. Fitted with a classic tonneau-shaped case harnessing the perpetual calendar chronograph complication. 
By adopting the Calibre CHR 27-525PS, the 5951 features the world’s thinnest column-wheel-controlled split-seconds chronograph movement. Not only is this a rare complication to be found in their existing wristwatches, but the development of the movement has also allowed Patek Philippe to create its thinnest split seconds chronograph with perpetual calendar.
