A watch that certainly resonated with many collectors this year. 

An icon of modern watchmaking, this F.P. Journe Chronomètre à Résonance in pink gold is distinguished by a brass movement only found in Journe’s early work. The movement reveals two independent balance wheels which are effected by the phenomenon resonance.

Made circa 2002, it sold for $261,400 in Geneva in November – more than double the high estimate.
