Invented by Louis Cottier, the world time complication was quickly adopted by Patek Philippe and became one of their most iconic and recognisable lineages. 

This, the ref 5131, is cased in platinum with its original bracelet and heightened by a superbly executed polychrome cloisonné enamel centrefield.
