Tonight in London, auctioneers newmanhelena and ob1london both wore watches from our forthcoming Geneva sale.
 
A 1991 yellow gold classic by Cartier accompanied Helena Newman in the spotlight as she conducted our Modernités sales - a nod to Dali’s melting clocks and the surrealist works offered this evening (est. CHF 60,000-90,000).
 
The watch seen on Oliver Barker’s wrist during the Contemporary Art sale will certainly resonate with art lovers. An icon of modern watchmaking, this 2002 F.P. Journe Chronomètre à Résonance in pink gold features a brass movement, making it a highly coveted piece (est. CHF 50,000-100,000).
 
Both watches will be offered in the Important Watches in Geneva on 11 November
