“I never expected to be a flower painter, but over the last few years I’ve increasingly taken pleasure in looking at the way flowers behave” —Brian Clarke. 

Perhaps best known for his work with stained glass and mosaic, brian.clarke_'s work focuses on merging form and abstraction through interactions with light and color. Currently on view at our London galleries, #PHILLIPSX and heni’s exhibition, Brian Clarke: Vespers showcases a series of watercolor paintings of poppies in a state of constant transformation.
