Coming to Hong Kong this May is Zao Wou-Ki’s largest work from the 1970s — '04.01.79'. A leading highlight of our 20th Century & Contemporary Art & Design Evening Sale in Hong Kong, this monumental work was executed in 1979 and embodies the pivotal stylistic transition from the artist’s middle to late period of abstract works.  This masterwork, on offer to the public for the very first time, will be unveiled at the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong from 26 March to 1 April in advance of our May preview and sale.
