## Caption

Bright days for our #London #20thCentury & #ContemporaryArt Evening Sale on June 29, which features #PeterDoig's 'Tunnel Painting (Country-rock)' as one of its highlights. Based on an actual tunnel from the Don Valley Parkway in Canada, the tunnel was painted by a 16 year old in 1961 to cheer up Canadians. Learn more about Doig's work via link in bio. Visit #PhillipsBSQ beginning 21 June for our auction preview and see the piece IRL.
