## Caption

Poker faced: our #20thCentury & #ContemporaryArt London sales catalogues are online now ahead of the sales on the 29th & 30th June. #JonasWood's 2013 'Head Up' (detail seen here) was painted from a screenshot taken on his laptop. Describing his work as a 'visual diary, or even a personal history', #Wood's works engage directly with the challenge of treating his subjects with honesty, investigating new ways to represent the three dimensional on the picture plane. See 'Head Up' in person at #PhillipsBSQ in London from 21st June.
