Adult Training Highlights! 🏋️💪

This month we worked on building work capacity through high rep counts,  exposing the body to various movements, and building from the ground up with basic exercises. Specifically, we focused on:

1. Building a base level of conditioning/strength
2. Developing stability/balance/core strength
