Rio de Janeiro is one of the most touristic  cities in the Southern America and is known for its Carnival, samba, beautiful beaches and historical attractions, Lima is a renowned city in  South America known as the city of kings with its world class eateries, historical landmarks the city has a lot to offer for a good southern experience. 

They say no holiday is complete without good food. And talking about good food in the southern America, Their food reflects the love they have for their region. Most of the dishes come from traditional cooking methods or recipes from ancestors and that is one of the reason a lot of tourists enjoy their local food as it reflects the  love put into the food which is a sign of good hospitality.
