Why did you apply #EarlyDecision to Boston University?

After being in a city for high school, I knew during my application process that I wanted to choose a college within an urban environment. That was one of the primary reasons why I had wanted to apply early decision to Boston University as the campus is located right next to the heart of Boston. We are only a 15-minute walk from Fenway Park, and you can take the T train directly into downtown Boston straight from the BU campus. Another aspect that piqued my interest in applying to BU for early decision was the academic pathways. As a senior, I had no idea what I wanted to major in, so upon learning of the College of General Studies, which is a unique experience for freshmen to take a gap semester in the fall and then study abroad in London during the summer, I knew I had to apply to that college. Finally, after coming to BU for a campus tour in November, I knew that I could envision myself being one of the students and wearing a BU hoodie and spending the next four years on this campus.

BU’s Early Decision application deadline is November 1. Learn more by clicking the link in our bio.
