I believed BU’s hands-on educational experience offered through creative homework, research opportunities, and prestigious study abroad programs would allow me to develop theoretical and practical knowledge of global subjects. I saw myself fitting right in the diverse and driven student body. Yet past campus, I could picture myself becoming a Bostonian, indulging in the city’s culture, hanging out at the harbor, and discovering America’s history in the place where it all began.”
