Craving BRUNCH? How about a Smoked Salmon Poached Egg Cereal Bun complemented by a refreshing Pink Raspberry Martini?​

🧑‍🍳 Instructions​

🍸Pink Raspberry Martini​

🧊Chill two glasses.​

In a shaker add the raspberry juice, coconut sugar, lime juice, vodka and raspberry liqueur with ice and shake.​

Dip the rim of the glass into the sugar syrup then dip into the pink sugar.​

Strain the liquid between two glasses and garnish with raspberries.​

🍽Smoked Salmon and Poached Egg Toast​

Lay out 2 slices of cereal buns. On each slice add 1 tbsp of cream cheese, 3oz Latitude 45 Smoked Salmon, a couple onion slices, and 3-4 cucumber slices. Top each slice with a poached egg, cooked to taste. Sprinkle the sprout micro greens and enjoy!​
