Fresh cocktail to start off the New Year!

Grapefruit Sage Vodka Spritz 
Ingredients:
-.5 oz of House made sage simple syrup (1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, 2 sprigs of sage)
-1 shot of vodka
-1 oz. Grapefruit juice
- a couple dashes of angostura bitters
- top with your favorite champagne 

So fresh and so yummy. Enjoy your holiday and start the year with a fresh outlook. I know this next year will be the best yet.
