ONE of my favorite things about being at home during weeks off is training with the crew over lifetime_performance_pbg. kennymac_lp has been my head trainer for over 2 years now and we consistently get after it when I am home. This video shows clips of what we did today from start to finish. We always start with different stretches and mobility work, followed by a dynamic warm up, and then two aspects of a main workout. Todays part one was a core focus circuit (always 3 rounds of everything on right and left side body), and then part two was just intense pushing/pulling and explosive power! Again 3 rounds of everything. The workouts are exhausting and always push my limits. I love the journey of chasing down my best self. Cred trainer sdavissgolf on the camera 💪
