Gin Seltzer with lemon juice, simple syrup, and a twist of lemon topped with champagne seltzer.
Monkey Gland - 
Blood Orange Griffin with gin and house-made grenadine served with an absinthe rinse and an orange wheel.
South Side -
Gin Seltzer with lemon juice, simple syrup, and mint.
Mary Pickford -
Rum Seltzer with house-made grenadine and pineapple juice.
Bees Knees -
Gin Seltzer with lemon juice, metaphome honey syrup.
Old Fashioned -
Bourbon fearless youth with, orange bitters and a bourbon-soaked cherry.
White Russian -
The Raven with rumchata and a kahlúa whipped cream garnish.
Penicillin -
Whiskey Snow Drop with house-made lemon ginger soda garnished with candied ginger.

Truffled Deviled Eggs -
Deviled eggs infused with black truffles, topped with crème fraiche and ikura caviar
Pate de Campagne -
Rustic country pate of pork and pork liver studded with ham and wrapped in bacon
Scallop Terrine - 
Scallop mousse with gulf shrimp, chives, and tarragon, lightly charred on a butter cracker
Octopus Skewers - 
Grilled octopus rubbed with harissa on skewers with olive oil poached potatoes
Carpaccio de Filet Mignon - 
Lightly seared filet mignon, sliced thin and drizzled with truffle oil served on a bibb lettuce leaf
Smoked Salmon - 
Cured and smoked salmon sliced thin on a homemade NY bagel with cream cheese schmear
