## Caption

Today’s release in our 10 Years - 10 Beers series is “Keeping it Claussii” Hefewein Ale. An Imperial Hefeweizen, this treat weighs in at 10% ABV. Brewed with Brettanomyces Claussenii this beer has a nice malty base with pineapple/tropical fruit flavors and tartness and smooth alcohol warmth. Little Red Cap was so excited she showed up early to help me get ready to open - Prost!
