The final showcase for SoftMachine by Choy Ka Fai happens tonight at 8pm, wrapping up the awesome dansfestival. It features Surjit Nongmeikapam (India) who questions exoticism when creating dance for the consumption of European audiences. Rianto (Indonesia) specialises in the traditional dance of Lengger and explores the personal and societal tensions of gender in dance-making today.
