Change. 

Change can be so scary. But sometimes, it's necessary if you want to grow. 

If you told me that I would be making TWO of these announcements in the same year I would have told you you're nuts. But the reality is that when I joined E&V in July I did so with the intention of building a team. 

Going all the way back to my start in 2008 I've either been on a team or led one every place I have gone in this business. And truthfully, I can say with sincerity: it's never once worked out. 

All I have managed to do each time is to successfully build someone else's dream, while sacrificing the bandwidth I should be spending staying meaningfully connected to my client's and communities. This epiphany intersected at the same time that I came to terms with the awareness that I need to bet on myself for once and just believe that I can be successful without anyone as a security blanket. 

And after sacrificing 3 years of my life at AMRG to see it turn into something I didn't recognize, I can't  afford to "wait it out" again.

Coldwell Banker has been around for 115 years. There is literally nothing they haven't seen as an organization, and their ability to give me the plug and play systems that will allow me to sustainably grow and stop having to keep reinventing the wheel every couple of years. 

I'm planning to stay put for a good while this time, but honestly? You guys don't really care where I go. It just matters that I stay authentic and connected to my purpose, and I continue to feel more aligned with that every day.

To be clear: Geoff Bray is an AMAZING broker, and I can only show gratitude and thanks to Ryan Pertile. Had we met 3 years ago I would most likely have joined and never left, I genuinely can't say enough good things about either them or the organization.

I only depart to pursue a structure and opportunities that are unique to my new firm. 

We will see what the future still holds.

No more parachutes this go around. Time to learn to fly.
