Had a great week back at home — parabellumquintet put on a hell of a show, and any excuse to get home and see the family and friends is welcome. 
I got to wrestle a lot more than I have in the past which was intentional. I’ve pulled guard and looked for heelhooks in most of my other matches, but I was looking to show that I am a complete grappler not a one trick pony. #snapdownsandstrangles
