## Caption

❤️‍🔥 o·tsísteˀ / ishkode is a mural by artist Mo Thunder (mo_thunder) on the side of Brampton Fire Station 207.

Inspiration was drawn by a community walk with local students and Brampton Fire and Emergency Services staff, led by Toronto Aboriginal Eco Tours (taetours) founder, Alan Colley.

Thanks to artist assistants Jennifer Messon (gaay_lord) and Saphera Peters (sapherapeters) for their mural support, and the City of Brampton (citybrampton) for this meaningful partnership.

🪻 Spot the medicinal plants, fire teachings, and Indigenous storytelling–so many intricate details to honour those before us and inspire hope for the next generation ✨
