Dar a luz es un acto de valentía y casi milagroso! Pero las cosas pueden pasar de ser una película de amor a una de terror bastante rápido 🤣🙊(todas las que son mamás saben de lo que hablo)!

Les quise hacer esta lista de esenciales para justo después del parto de los que la gente no habla mucho!

A mí nunca nadie me los recomendó así que muchas de las cosas por las que pasé después de que naciera Vera no me las esperaba 🥺 sin embargo tuve unas enfermeras maravillosas que rápidamente me recomendaron todo lo que iba a necesitar! Y Mr. P salió corriendo a target a comprar todo 🙌🏻

Todas estas cosas me ayudaron muchísimo!!! Con toda la recuperación de las primeras 3 semanas que son bastante difíciles ✨

Si alguna de ustedes tiene otra recomendación que no esté aquí porfa déjelo en los comments y si estás embarazada o tienes una amiga embarazada guarda este post o mándaselo (confía en mi y hazme caso CÓMPRALO TODO, lo necesitarás)!

Giving birth is an act of bravery and even miraculous, dare I say!! But things can easily go from beautiful, lovey-dovey movie to a horror movie rather quickly 🤣🙈 (all of you mommas our there know what I’m talking about!)

I wanted to make a list of all the essentials right after giving birth, including everything people normally don’t talk about!
•
Nobody ever recommended these to me so there were a few things I went through that I definitely did not expect 🥺 luckily I had amazing nurses that quickly recommended all of these must-haves! And Mr. P ran to target to get everything we needed 🙌🏻

Every one of these products helped me tremendously!!! Those first 3 weeks are very rough and there’s so many bodily changes, they saved me so much pain and discomfort ✨

If you have a recommendation that’s not here please let me know in the comments and if you’re pregnant or know someone who is, save this post or send it (trust me and BUY THEM ALL, I promise you’ll NEED them)! .
