Easily the most common DM that I receive from people is “Who do you recommend as a realtor? 🏡 

From people wanting to put their home on the market, people who are anxious to move to Idaho, or people interested in real estate investment, this is clearly on your minds! 

This is possibly the biggest investment most people will ever make so I understand wanting the best. It’s so important to work with someone who is truly capable and really understands the in and outs of real estate in Idaho.

Personally we work with jesse_taff of waypointidaho 

I’ll tell you why we went with Jesse.

First, I started searching for somebody who I could interview for theboisebubble podcast and over and over again recommendations came back that the person who is going to be able to speak with the most authority was Jesse. And then, after our podcast, I realized just how educated he was so we decided to start working with him personally. 
 
Second, the funny thing about working with a real estate agent is that it doesn’t matter if you work with a brand new agent, or the most educated in their field, the cost to you is the exact same. That’s kind of unheard of in an industry. So why wouldn’t we go with the very top agent we could find. 

Also, Jesse was just such an incredible trove of information, it’s made the entire process extremely easy.
