One of the main things that separates us is our use of our custom Cybex selectorized strength equipment. 
Machines allow the resistance to travel on a fixed axis benefits of this include but not limited to: ⁃	less risk of injury because it travels on a fixed axis if you lose control nothing happens. A common theme in our industry are injuries and if you are injured you can’t workout. We believe in consistency so we want to keep you safe and injury free so you can reach all your goals. ⁃	No skill involved allows for greater force output and more work to be done because you don’t have to learn a new movement .
