Communication or what I refer to as OVER communication is crucial for success. You can’t communicate enough because when you sit back assuming & expecting you will usually get disappointed and delays will occur. You must communicate a clear vision and plan to those around you to execute and put them in the best position to win. Keep your word, it’s one thing to communicate it’s another to honor what you say and follow through on your commitment. If you are constantly saying one thing and doing another then the communication is pointless. Over communication is simple when applied. If anything changes in the previous dialogue let the person know by starting a new dialogue explaining yourself. When you over communicate you are showing the other person/persons that you care about their time, energy and how it might effect them. #DoMore #BeBetter #ConsistentCommunication #NoDaysOFF
