joenodaysoff has NEVER missed a day of work... not once... think about that for a second... no sick days... no my car broke down... no my kids kept me up all night... no my alarm didn't go off... no I accidentally hit the snooze... Over six years of opening the gym at 4:30AM and leading the most successful morning boot camp in Miami. Joe represents exactly what #NoDaysOFF is all about. He has never taken a day off on LIFE. Whether it's work, his clients, his members, or his family... he always shows up and gives everything he has. I will never forget meeting Joe, he was around 270lbs smoking a cigarette just had a baby going through a divorce... he asked me if he could work for me... even though I could tell he was probably in the worst possible place in his personal life... there was a sincerity and determination in his eyes... I knew he was serious and wanted a change. He also took a big risk on me, I was still figuring nodaysoff out not in a good place, not in a position to pay him at all, in the midst of changing our business model. I didn't have anything to offer him but a "chance" for change... and he gave it 100% every single day... whether it was cleaning the entire gym, moving weights, dealing with customer service issues, starting his own a.m. Boot camp while all at the same time taking care of his child and going from 270lbs to 190lbs! He was my first trainer to "get it" Joe wanted change and did everything he had to do to be where he is today. He "gets it"... and he is only getting started. He went from cleaning the gym for FREE for 6 months to leading the most attended 6:00am boot camp in Miami to business partner to Owner... I am grateful for ALL that you do, I am humbled by the belief you have in me and our company, I am honored to have you represent our brand and to truly represent what NO DAYS OFF is all about. #ButFirstJOE #NoDaysOFFmovement #WEareNotDone Video & Edit: luis_buron
