Our first dance was one of the highlights of our night. And let me tell you why….⬇️

When Mac and I first met, he quickly moved into my little studio apartment in the West Village, where we were cramped but totally happy and it was those early stages of butterflies 🦋 and we were totally in love despite living in 200sq ft with a dog, ha! 🐶 

The movie “La La Land” had come out that year and like many, we LOVED the soundtrack. 🎶 Every morning we would make coffee and dance to City Of Stars. This song was just a part of our love story. The coolest thing was that it just so happened that my wonderful childhood friend justinpaulmusic (whom I’ve known since 4th grade!) was the composer of the soundtrack and wrote all the music. So it was a natural “YES!” when he called on me to style him that year for all his nominations (he won the Oscar for writing that exact song). 🏆 

Fast forward to our wedding weekend and we decided to ask Justin if he would do us the great honor of singing City of Stars as our first dance. He didn’t blink an eye and flew in from London to make it happen for us along with the jordankahnorchestra ✈️ I think it’s safe to say that our 40+ hours of dance lessons really paid off and were well worth it. 

There is not enough love or gratitude in our hearts to say THANK YOU, Justin! Thank you for being a part of our love story, thank you for sharing your talent with our friends and family on our wedding night. Thank you for being in our lives. You have no idea how special this was for us! We love you! 🎶🤍🕺🏾💃🏻 #AStarIsOsborne
