The Spotlight’s on (U)SF: SKY Meditation Club

SKY club at USF is all about building a happy, stress-free, and anxiety-free campus community. They help students, staff, and faculty learn de-stress techniques including meditation, breathing exercises, and yoga in a very engaging and fun manner. They welcome and encourage everyone to take time out for themselves and tend to their mental health.

As a full-time student and employee, this practice makes me manage my stress much better and maintain the balance between my work, academics, and much needed breaks.
