Back squats get me out of my comfort zone! Long long time ago, I failed my one rep max backsquat in front of the WHOLE class. After that, I was afraid to fail, so I always lowered my standards on what I know I can do. I didn’t want to fail. But the other day, my coach told me, “If you don’t fail, you’ll
never know your limits” that’s something I know, but one thing is to know something and another thing is to actually DO IT. I have decided that if I want to get to my goal (200 pound backsquat ), I just have to get out of my comfort zone and do it even when my legs are shaking of nervousness!!!
