“People who try to accomplish these massive task lists outdoors are moving fast. I like to slow down and observe. Hear the birds. Identify fauna and flora. I might even have a sip of herbal tea, a CBD herbal smoke, and a spread of snacks.

Sure, I like to try new activities that take place outside, but I try at my pace. Currently, I am very interested in taking photos at night, and I can’t wait for the fireflies to come back.

My business is about healing and there is nothing more healing than a walk in the woods, or a dip in the water."
