“Running with the DC Front Runners helped me transition from loving indoor treadmill running to loving running outdoors.  I have learned so much more about the city I live in just by running through it and exploring unseen neighborhoods.  Three years ago, I started taking on solo half marathon trips in different cities throughout the country.  Running through these different cities helped me learn a lot about them quickly and I was able to spend time after each race absorbing the full experience of each region.  These trips helped me appreciate the different cultures, flavors, and vibes that I have been exposed to.”
